Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Clinical or Counseling Psychologist to join our team as a Contract Manager. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personnel assessment and selection, particularly within Department of Defense (DoD) assessment and selection programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectiveness in psychological assessments and a deep understanding of cognitive and non-cognitive psychometric testing instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, ensuring the performance of all work under the contract. Act as the contractor’s representative when the manager is absent, with full decision-making authority.
• Personnel Assessment & Selection: Lead the execution and preparation of assessments, including training, interviews, panels, and feedback sessions. Ensure all processes align with DoD standards and requirements.
• Psychometric Testing Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in administering and interpreting group-administered cognitive and non-cognitive psychological testing instruments.
• On-Site Requirement: Perform all assessment-related activities on-site at the designated location. Remote work capabilities are not available for this role.
• Availability: Be available between 0800-2200 daily during the execution and preparation of assessments, except when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in personnel assessment and selection, with at least 5 years working with active-duty military populations. Experience must include reviewing and interpreting psychometric testing instruments as part of the assessment and selection process.
• Licensure: Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Expertise: Strong practical experience with multiple group-administered cognitive and non-cognitive psychological testing instruments.
• Department of Defense Experience: Prior experience working with DoD assessment and selection programs is required. If the required years of experience are not met, candidates must be approved by the OPE Chief.
