Job Description:

Job Summary

  • The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for our high-value assets through our strategic partnerships as well as our Canadian staffing operation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. The Onboarding Specialist will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, aligning with both TekWissen Group's and our strategic partners' standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value, high touch associates, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations.

  • Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and internal/external compliance requirements. Update and maintain requirements pursuant to client/corporate requirements.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication via phone calls, emails, and video calls with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain rapport with stakeholders and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved when ensuring the candidate is engaged and onboarded as soon as possible.

  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement to senior management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with MS Office products

  • Ability to work independently

  • Able to operate in a stressful environment

  • Able to maintain confidential information

  • Able to operate general office equipment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or client relationship management preferred.

  • Experience working with high-value clients in a high-touch environment preferred.

  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • SHRM or GAASHRM membership preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and cell phone
