Job Summary
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for our high-value assets through our strategic partnerships as well as our Canadian staffing operation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. The Onboarding Specialist will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, aligning with both TekWissen Group's and our strategic partners' standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value, high touch associates, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations.
Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and internal/external compliance requirements. Update and maintain requirements pursuant to client/corporate requirements.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication via phone calls, emails, and video calls with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain rapport with stakeholders and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved when ensuring the candidate is engaged and onboarded as soon as possible.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement to senior management.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or client relationship management preferred.
Experience working with high-value clients in a high-touch environment preferred.
Strong understanding of onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SHRM or GAASHRM membership preferred
Physical Requirements:
