About the Role

The Company is seeking a full-time Executive Director for Medical Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the daily activities of the medical education programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing and implementing a strategic plan to enhance the programs' reputation. Key duties include monitoring participant requirements and scheduling, creating reports for program accreditation, and fostering collaborative efforts with healthcare entities to support the training and retention of health professionals. The role also involves serving in various leadership capacities, mentoring department staff, and overseeing the department's budget and expenditures. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience and hold a Master's degree in business administration or a Ph.D. in a relevant field.
