We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant who can provide and coordinate patient care. We expect our nurses to be able to educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families. As a CNA with Top Tier Medical Staffing Agency, you will have to opportunity to work in various healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best outcomes for our facilities and their patients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist in patient mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of [X] months/years of experience as a CNA (new graduates may be considered)
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
